Good Communication Skills
  •  Should be a graduate with total of 0-1 years of experience
  •  Should have minimum of 0-1 years’ experience in Helpdesk support
  •  Should have good command over Chinese language.
  •  Excellent Communication, MS Office, Desk top & Printer troubleshooting skills, Active Directory knowledge.

Job Description :
  • Should have handled tickets escalated to the RDM queue
  • • Should have proven technical skills
  • • Ability to prioritize workload to best meet customer requirements
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Effective time and task management skills
  • • Apply team standards, processes and procedures
  • • Should be detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to multi-task and skillfully handle ambiguity
  • • Take front desk calls as and when required
  • • Respond to questions and resolve issues within scope of knowledge and authority
  • • Possesses analytical ability required to gather and interpret data
  • • Researches and resolves routine client issues and problems, escalates issues as appropriate
  • • Regularly displays the concepts of teamwork, accountability and prioritization
  • • Demonstrate customer service skills to understand and work with the onshore partners to research questions and resolve problems
