Must be graduate
Must be comfortable in taking inbound/outbound calls.
Strong communication & analytical skills is mandatory
Good to have ITIL V3 certified
Knowledge in BMC remedy will be an added advantage

should be ready to work in 24*7 shiftRole & Responsibilities

(For Software Engineer) : 

1. Technical skills - MVC .Net , Angular JS 4 , web services . Should be able to debug and analyze the code and work on service requests / enhancements independently.
2. Exposure to DevOps , Continuous integration , Automated build and deployment 
3. Good communication and co-ordination skills - Should be able to interact with the customer independently via verbal/email communication 
4. Preferably available to work in support in shifts 
5. Should be accommodative and flexible to take up additional responsibilities at account level as per his/her role."
